In Miami Food Pug

Based on a similar Spanish food market in Madrid, the popup stayed put for a few months before going on tour and expanding the experience to others. This past October, La Feria 2.0 made its return to Miami, bringing back much of the same delicious food plus several fun additions.

The customer experience has been upgraded since its inaugural appearance. There’s now a defined hostess stand to greet customers and help them check in and get acquainted with the concept. Individual stations/kiosks throughout the 9,000-square-foot space serve an assortment of Spanish bites, including Pintxos and Paella. Meats and seafood abound (Secreto Ibérico is a must), and hungry diners will delight in all the different tapas available. One of the new additions this year: guest chef/restaurant collaborations. On select days, La Feria invites a local restaurant to join the party and cook up a few delicious items to complement the fair’s regular offerings.
